The beautiful, clean rooms, the breakfast buffet had a very good variety.. Well connected as it had the subway stop right next to it.
The buffet is a bit overwhelming with so many waiters walking around, clearly they have to do their job but I've been to several buffets and it wasn't normal to be overwhelming because you were bumping into them. The reception staff, except for one employee, were not very nice. The atmosphere that I saw between the waiters of the buffet left much to be desired, two waitresses mowing down another one because she had put the cutlery upside down, criticizing her, it will not be of my concern but I hate those things and to witness it was not of my pleasure neither for me nor for my partner, I consider that there are more important things in a service than to put more the cutlery as being pleasant and not to be giving the note while the guests have breakfast. The pool is a bit dirty and I consider a lifeguard necessary.

The price was the most reasonable, because it was an offer and it was paid very little, in case I had to pay the normal, I think it is not worth it, because despite being a beautiful hotel in its central space, in some things it leaves something to be desired for a 4 star hotel. The location is very good if you go by car, since it has access to immediate highway, and in the area there is good gastronomy.
the bed was uncomfortable, the mattress was not right, the air conditioning, more than conditioning only threw heat and was suffocating because the window only opens a little, being open the window we could not rest because the curtain was not closed with open window. The bathroom had a toilet with a washing rack that didn't work and it was very uncomfortable, the TV was fixed to the wall so the angle from the bed was uncomfortable. The gym was never open,

They include free WIFI connection which is not normal in Spain, and the breakfast is actually very good with loads of different food offer. Also the staff was very professional. Nice views of the mountains. Located close to a shopping area.
A bit far from the city where all the historical areas are but close to la Alhambra.

Big and fairly clean hotel, location was absolutely perfect and magnificent right by the slopes, and Alhambra, Sierra nevada. We stayed in well-equipped and exceptionally clean room with large beds that also had wake-up service. The breakfast meal was hot with especially eggs.

The room was well-equipped and immaculately clean with a good choice of mini toiletries. The hotel is in a perfect and magnificent location in a residential area close enough to the outskirts of the city.

the breakfast was warm, with lots of food.

The room was perfect and spacious, but lacked light, cleaning and a coffee maker as in any hotel in the room and a fridge in operation.
I did not like anything that the room tubiwra so much dust and expensive cafeteria and what I thought even worse are the few things you have to enjoy a few days of relaxation and without a covered terrace with stoves to take something outside, spa in bad cindiciines without painting and with the walls dirty and broken by the humidity small bad attention and little in the spa and without possibility of doing the packages that offer because they do not have neither personnel for the few people that keros and prices are tripled with anyone of other better ones and in center of the city and in addition I understand that the massages are paid aside, I that I travel a lot to these types of hotels by the same or smaller price includes me breakfast parkin, spa and covered swimming pool and gim. here there is not a single coffee, juice or anything else to welcome you, just a glass of water.

The hotel is very nice, the staff is quite nice, the spa and pool area was quite good. But the truth is the only thing I can positively assess about this hotel.
For a four-star hotel, it leaves a lot to be desired. In the restaurant the buffet is quite poor, not prepared for all kinds of people. That is, one of the people who came with us was a diabetic and there was nothing for diabetics (cookies or some sugar-free candy, sugar-free jam for toast). For vegan or vegetarian people there is not much to choose from either and for people who cannot eat anything with gluten in it there is not much either. orange juice was unnatural and looked like water with dissolved powder and pineapple juice looked like three-quarters of the same. In addition, any hotel has a buffet area with croissants, ensaimadas, canes and doughnuts, especially for the kids, there wasn't much of that there, at most some cream ensaimadas and some chocolate ensaimadas. we went in for dinner we were expecting some soup, cream, gazpacho, salmorejo, some spoon and we didn't find any of the 4. For almost 20 euros that it costs to go in you should think a bit about the people who can get to the hotel. fridge in our room was broken. In the closets the hotels always have some pillows to spare or some blankets in case it is cold, in this one there was nothing like that. bathrooms are rather small and bathtub only has a small piece of wall so that no water comes out, no glass, no curtain.. In the gymnasium there are neither ribbons nor ellipticals. In short, we were excited and disappointed.

We liked the electronic toilet. It does the job! We liked the exterior glass lifts; the large and comfortable beds; the wide shower; the hairdryer; the free Wifi; the view outside; the rubber ring and the chair for the disabled in the swimming pool; the spaciousness of the hotel itself.
The swimming pool was a strange angular shape and a bit dirty; the room fittings were of average quality
